Chris Clissitt won both the speech and evaluation contests and will represent the Club and Area at the Eastern District contests on 5th March at the Bridge Inn Walshford. His speech was entitled “Nominative Determinism”, while Jocelyn Brooks did the club proud, taking the runners up spot with her excellent speech “An Indian Love Story.”
John Holian was runner up to Lindsay Dutch of York in the topics contest. Lindsay was also runner up in the evaluation contest.
