The evening features two of our annual club contests: the evaluation and topics contests.
The evaluation contest gives us a chance to hone our feedback skills, and in the topics contest participants are asked to speak impromptu for two or three minutes on a subject they have just been given. Both offer the opportunity to progress to the Area, Regional and National contests.
